How to book
Payment - Before we collect your flowers we ask for a £100 non-returnable deposit to cover initial costs. There may also be a collection charge if you can't deliver the flowers to us in Pittenweem. The £100 deposit comes off the cost of your finished picture. Stage 2 Payment - Once your flowers are preserved and we are ready to discuss the creation of your picture you will be invited to visit our premises at 11 Charles Street, Pittenweem in Fife (postcode KY10 2QQ) where we have examples of our work on display, and a selection of frames for you to choose from. Alternatively, if you would find it difficult to visit us we can send layouts of your flower picture by email for you to view in advance of the making up process. Please be aware there may be a waiting period at this stage due to the popularity of Bouquet Preservation.
Once you've chosen the frame and layout of your picture you will be added to the diary and we will contact you when we're ready to start your order. We ask for an interim payment of approximately 50% of the estimated cost before we order the frame and glass. The balance is due when the finished picture is collected/delivered, usually about 4 – 6 weeks later.
Delivery -
A charge will be added for deliveries more than 30 miles from Pittenweem. You are of course, welcome to collect your finished picture in person.
It should be stressed that preserved flower pictures are very fragile and should be either collected or delivered by hand. VIVA DESIGN cannot send finished pictures by mail or courier so please bear this in mind before booking our service.
